ABOUT ME
My interest in career guidance began at TWL Training Ltd, where I focused on coordinating training programs and nurturing learner development. This role laid the foundation for my journey into career coaching, leading me to South Eastern Regional College as a Participant Development Coach, where I deepened my expertise in personal and professional growth.
Since 2017, I've been at the helm of Donnan Coaching Services, guiding individuals through their career and personal development paths. Alongside this, I work as an Education Support Mentor at Northern Regional College, and recently, I've taken up a role as an Advice and Guidance Practitioner with Gateway to Choices.
My educational background includes a BA Hons Degree in Social Sciences from Queens University at Belfast, a Professional Certificate in Personnel Practice, and a Diploma in Management of Training and Development from Belfast Metropolitan College. I've also completed a Level 3 course in Preparing to Teach in Life Long Learning. This combination of hands-on experience and academic learning fuels my passion for empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential.
