Terms and Conditions for the Work Performance Coaching Package
Payment Options: Full payment is required before the first session. Alternatively, payments can be spread over three instalments via PayPal. The first instalment must be received before the initial session.
Session Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled within three months of the discovery session unless otherwise agreed.
Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Email Support: Email support is available for advice and guidance between sessions but is limited to reasonable use (e.g., one query per week).
Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless required by law.
Non-Transferable: This package is non-transferable. If purchased as a gift, the sessions must be used by the person for whom the package was bought.
Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to actively participate and complete any agreed-upon tasks to maximise the benefits of the coaching package.
