Leadership & Role Clarity Session (60 minutes)
A structured session to explore your current role, responsibilities and leadership challenges, clarifying priorities and focus areas for the coaching ahead.
 
Strengthscope Assessment
A strengths-based profile that provides insight into what energises you, how you work at your best, and how to use your strengths more effectively in your leadership role.
 
Strategic Kick-Off Session (60 minutes)
A focused session that brings together role clarity and Strengthscope insight to agree on clear objectives and set direction for the four-month coaching programme.
 
 
Six Executive Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
Delivered monthly or fortnightly. These sessions focus on core executive leadership areas, including confidence, communication, team management, performance conversations, delegation, resilience and decision-making.
 
Email Support Between Sessions
Guidance and check-ins when you need quick support or clarity between coaching sessions.
 
Mid-Programme Progress Review
A structured review to evaluate progress, refine your goals and ensure you stay aligned with your leadership development plan.
 
Final Review & Leadership Summary
A written overview of your progress, strengths, leadership behaviours and recommended next steps for ongoing growth.
