CV Writing: This session focuses on how to craft a compelling CV that highlights your skills and experience. From choosing the right keywords to showcasing your achievements, we'll help you create a CV that stands out to potential employers. (75 mins approx)
 
Targeted Job Search Strategies: We provide valuable insights and strategies to support students with effective methods to streamline their job hunt, so spend time focussing on what matters - finding your dream job! (75 mins approx)
 
Interview Preparation: Our specialised training equips students with the tools and techniques needed to excel in interviews, from mastering common interview questions to presenting themselves confidently and professionally. (135 mins approx)
 
Maintaining Resilience and Career Planning: This session is designed to support students in developing skills and strategies to cope with challenges and setbacks while also helping them create a plan for achieving their career goals. By focusing on both resilience and career planning, students will be better equipped to navigate and pursue their desired career paths. (75 mins approx)
 
Self-Care: This session teaches students simple yet effective ways to handle stress and balance their work and personal life. It includes easy-to-use mindfulness techniques to stay calm and focused and tips for building resilience to confidently deal with job search challenges and maintain overall well-being as they start their careers. (120 mins approx)
 
ℹ️ Service Details:
Sessions vary from 1.15 hours to 2.15 hours, usually delivered online via Zoom or Sessions. 
 
Please provide at least one week's notice to customise presentations to suit your class's or organisation's requirements.
 
This service can be offered to small groups even if they do not attend a physical education centre. A special rate can be applied for 3 or more training sessions when being booked together.  Contact me for details.
