T&Cs
Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your sessions.
The package must be used within two months from the date of the first session.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
Email Support and Check-Ins
Email support is available for guidance and clarification during the two-month package period.
Two 15-minute check-in calls are included and must be scheduled within the package timeframe.
Session Recordings
Mock interview sessions will be recorded and shared with you for personal review. These recordings are confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to come prepared for sessions, providing relevant job details or questions in advance where applicable.
Progress depends on active participation and commitment during and after the sessions.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available after the first session of this package is completed. Sessions can be rescheduled with appropriate notice, but unused sessions after the two-month period may be  be forfeited unless agreed upon with the coach.
