You begin with the full Strengthscope profile.
We identify your Significant 7 strengths, the ones that most powerfully drive your performance. We examine your Energised Strengths, the activities that fuel you, and your key performance drivers.
We also explore where strengths may tip into overuse when pressure increases and how that impacts consistency, communication, and decision-making behaviour.
You leave with clear language around how you operate at your best.
2. Strengthscope® 360 + 60-Minute Debrief
You complete the 360 process to gain external perspective.
This compares your self-perception with observer feedback across your strengths profile. It highlights:
Where your Significant 7 are clearly visible
Where strengths are under-leveraged
Where overdrive may be affecting authority or steadiness
This stage brings alignment between internal experience and external impact.
3. Performance Planning Session
We translate insight into focused priorities.
Using your Significant 7, energisers, and performance drivers, we define:
Where consistency matters most
Which strengths need tightening under pressure
What visible improvement will look like
You leave with a clear performance plan.
4. Three Focused One-to-One Coaching Sessions
We then apply this insight directly to real work situations.
