How the process works
You begin with the Strengthscope assessment, followed by a 90-minute debrief.
This establishes how your strengths show up in your role, what drives your performance, and where pressure affects how you operate.
You then complete the Strengthscope® 360, followed by a 60-minute debrief.
This introduces external perspective, highlighting gaps between how you experience your performance and how it is experienced by others. It flags the specific areas that need attention if performance is to remain steady as expectations increase.
From there, the work moves into application.
You complete three focused one-to-one sessions where this insight is used deliberately in real work situations. These sessions focus on:
Staying grounded in high-pressure moments
Communicating with clarity and authority
Making decisions and backing them with confidence
The aim is consistency, not confidence on good days only.
