Strengthscope® Decision-Making & Influence at Work is a structured, evidence-based service that focuses on how you judge, decide, and influence in complex workplace situations.
 
This is not leadership training.
It’s applied, senior-level work grounded in real decisions you’re already making.
 
How the process works
You begin with the Strengthscope assessment, followed by a 90-minute debrief.
This establishes how your strengths influence judgment, pressure responses, and decision-making patterns.
 
You then complete a Strengthscope® 360, followed by a 60-minute debrief.
This introduces an external perspective, highlighting how your influence and decision-making are experienced by others and where intent and impact diverge.
From there, the work moves into application.
You engage in a series of focused, one-to-one sessions centred on live decisions and real situations.
 
These sessions are used to:
Clarify judgment when there’s no obvious right answer
Strengthen influence without force or over-explanation
Hold direction in complex or sensitive conversations
Reduce second-guessing after decisions are made
Stay steady as responsibility and visibility increase
 
The emphasis is always on practical application, not theory.
