The report highlights your Significant 7 Strengths, energising activities, potential overuse risks, and leadership behaviour patterns.
 
2. Professional Report Review
Your report is reviewed in advance to identify key themes and strengths dynamics relevant to your role.
 
3. Two-Hour Leadership Debrief Session
During the two-hour professional debrief we review your report in depth, exploring how your strengths shape your leadership approach and how they can be applied more deliberately in real leadership situations.
